Weird issue

I have a problem with this app. I live Toronto and if Im connected to Internet through Bell nothing works. If I connect with Rogers then the app works perfectly. Issue is I have bell at work and home and now I cant use this app. However, glwiz through the website works perfectly. I have tried couple of different bell connection to rule out problem with my ISP account. Can someone look into this and release an update to fix.
